AccuSound – Sounds Great
AccuSound is the first school intercom/paging/program system that uses Digital Sound Processing. You can program the audio settings for each and every individual intercom, paging or telephony port as needed to suit your site.
Standards-Based Cabling
You can network multiple AccuSound units locally using industry-standard category 5 or 5e cabling. No special cabling is needed and no shielded cables are used. Integrate several AccuSound networks across a school LAN or WAN using GE’s VoIP gateway, reducing costly long-distance charges. Use your existing Ethernet network to reduce the added cost of telephone-line multi-site communications.
Start small, expand as needed
Start small with a single hub and network more in as needed. Networked hubs can be in the same location or a remote location, eliminating the need for running more cabling than necessary.
AccuSound allows you to take full advantage of remote communications closets, which means you can conserve precious space throughout your facility.
The AccuSound’s built-in digital audio and recording capabilities also allow it to be used for automated voice- messages or security alerts. You can even record .wav files directly to the AccuSound network.
